2020 Expedition Registration

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO REGISTERING:

 

By registering for this expedition, you agree and understand the following:

 

Donation due dates are non-negotiable. All donation deposits must be received by December 1, 2019, and the remainder must be received by January 15, 2020. If the deposit or full payment are not received by the due date, your registration will be canceled. Your $500 deposit will not be refunded.

 

The number of non-healthcare provider volunteers is limited to the number of open positions available. In order to be considered for a position, your registration and $500 deposit donation must be received. If you are not selected for this Expedition, your $500 deposit will be refunded to you.

 

Your registration is not complete until a $500 deposit donation is received. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE

 

If you are flying out of Salt Lake City, you are responsible for costs associated with getting yourself to and from Salt Lake City.

 

Planning meetings prior to the start of the Expedition are MANDATORY for ALL volunteers. ZOOM meetings and recordings are available for those outside of the Pocatello area.

 

The group meeting that takes place in the hotel on our first night in Cusco is MANDATORY for all volunteers and no exceptions will be made.
